Here’s a video of one of the #mullions being run through the #planer … The piece is being tilted by the #jig I made so it can create the desired angle (See my last picture). I had to run through each mullion at the same height so that they were identical. To get the correct angle I lowered the planer almost 1/16th of an inch each pass through. I completed approximately 7 passes!
