Rebuild a entertainment center today. Customer had a freestanding 54 inch tube tv and wanted to update to a flat screen. We added 3 drawers on the bottom to store games and DVDs. All parts had to be pre finished , no problem 🙂 only took ALL DAY! #entertainmencenter #festool #remodel #remodelproject

Here’s the section of #woodflooring we put down today… Like most old things, this flooring was stubborn! Some of this flooring is as old as the house (Built in 1915) so it has been sanded, stained, and painted multiple times. Thankfully we were able to work with it (hammers, chisels, wedges, elbow grease) and made the customer happy 🙂 #customcarpentry #floor #flooring #carpenter #customcarpentry #remodelproject #recycle #oldhouseremodel

This is a quick shot showing some of the cleaning process that goes into cleaning up wood flooring. Dirt and dust has crusted (pictured on the LEFT side) on the tongue of the flooring, but it’s nothing a wire brush cant fix! Today we’re having fun with some old wood flooring.
