Almost done. Tomorrow we are going to make shelf covers for the corners , do some sending and break this thing down so the customer can take it outside and cover it with a concrete blanket….yes 😉 it will have real concrete as a seat cover which will later be finished and covered in epoxy. Here’s a video of one of the #mullions being run through the #planer … The piece is being tilted by the #jig I made so it can create the desired angle (See my last picture). I had to run through each mullion at the same height so that they were identical. To get the correct angle I lowered the planer almost 1/16th of an inch each pass through. I completed approximately 7 passes!
