Not the best angle or quality, but this side was similar to the the other side: open and out of place. This custom pantry filled in the space nicely! This project really tested our skills and patience… but we made the customer happy with the cabinets we installed 6 months ago and with these new pantry cabinets. Here’s a video of one of the #mullions being run through the #planer … The piece is being tilted by the #jig I made so it can create the desired angle (See my last picture). I had to run through each mullion at the same height so that they were identical. To get the correct angle I lowered the planer almost 1/16th of an inch each pass through. I completed approximately 7 passes!
